How it all works:
The usual response time is 24 hours. Unsold items must be picked up within 10 days after the end of the listing. Should your item not sell, I can donate your item to a local charity. Be sure to leave a message if I'm not at the store when you call. Better yet... send me an email. I'll get back to you faster.
Fees:
I sell all items "as is". To protect my feedback score, I give an accurate description of each item...should there be flaws, they will be mentioned. The more details than you can give on the description of your items, the better chance that your item will be sold. Each client can decide to offer a return policy or not. When a return policy is offered the buyer must respond within 3 days. Payout to the client will be held to allow for this option.

Online Buyer: Need someone to help search for that hard to find item...let me help. Fees associated for this service:
- $5 minimum per item or 5% whichever higher of the total cost of purchase including expenses associated with purchasing item, if you have eBay item number or located item to purchase online. Full payment is required upfront.
- For me to research item online, $5 minimum or 15% of total cost including shipping/handling fee. Full payment is required upfront to cover total expenses of purchasing item.

How it all works:
- A simple contract is signed with each client giving a list with description and minimum dollar amount of items to be sold. Included is information of our services and fees.
- Once item(s) is listed, the client will be contacted with item numbers so you can track the progress of your listing.
- At the end of the sale, a detailed report will be given with the selling amount, any fees to be deducted and final payout amount. Normal payout is 7 - 10 days after transaction is completed, if not sooner.
- Each client will be paid with a company check.
- Extreme care is taken in photographing, listing and shipping of your items.
- The majority of our sells are shipped worldwide; local pickup is also available.

Fees:
- The client is responsible for actual listing fees of eBay, Paypal fees and our service fee/commission.
- Our commission is 25% of the first $1000 per item; 10% of $1000.01 - $2000; 5% of $2000.01 and up per item. (Fees are subject to change, I try to keep website updated with fee schedule. Fees will be confirmed when signing listing agreement.)
- Should an item not sell the client is responsible for eBay listing fees and a processing fee of 10% of start/reserve price per listing, not more than $5.00 per listing. When selling box lots of 20 or less of similar items then the processing fee is not more than $25.00 per lot. (ie, if you brought in 20 pieces of depression glass to be listed individually and several pieces didn't sell, the processing fee would not exceed $25.00)
- I reserve the right not to list items I believe won't sell on eBay or other items of my choice. Call me for more details on my commission structure. 770-233-9000
